Why don't I hear sound on a video?

If you or aren't hearing sound on a video it's likely the volume on the Vimeo embedded player has been turned off.

To fix start the video playing then press and hold the 'up' arrow on your keyboard until you can hear sound on the video again.

If the video uses a different player (for example, YouTube), the keyboard shortcut won’t work. Look for the volume or mute icon in the player’s control bar and click it to restore the sound.
