Why aren't the suggested giving amounts showing on a form?

This may happen because the checkbox for 'Recurring gifts by default' is checked even if recurring is disabled on the form. This causes the form to try and show the suggest amounts for recurring, rather than one-time, even if there aren't any available.

To fix:

1. On the form settings go to 'Giving Experience' -> 'Form Settings & Display' -> "Allow recurring gifts"

2. Uncheck "Recurring gifts by default"

3. Uncheck "Allow recurring gifts"

4. Save the page.
