No- since the post payment form is always optional, information collected there is not accounted for in matches/challenges or included in email notifications (to partners or donors).
Since the system doesn't know how long it would take a donor to fill in this form, or if they are going to at all, all data is locked in for matches/challenges and email notifications at the payment form.
Including information like affiliation or designation on the post payment form will exclude donors from ever counting into matches/challenges directed to either.
We advise all fields being using for matches/ challenges or merge fields in emails be added to the prepayment form to be correctly accounted for.
