Why won't the page scroll past a specific section?

This can happen if you have named a custom content section the same as a built in section, such as 'Challenges'

The page uses URL modifiers to allow "jumping" to specific parts of the page, when you use the same name as a built in section for a custom content section, the page "jumps" up to the built in section instead of scrolling through you custom content section.

To fix: rename the custom content section so that it no longer matches the name of a built in page section.
